The Service requires an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data) and relies on third-party cloud infrastructure (including Google Firebase for push notifications and LiveKit/WebRTC for live voice streaming). You are solely responsible for any data fees, roaming charges, or carrier costs incurred while accessing the Service.
All intellectual property rights in and to the Service—including software code, game logic, artwork, audio assets, UI design, trademarks, and logos—are owned exclusively by the Developer. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property except for the limited license granted herein.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable governing laws, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a updated Effective Date.
